If you have not received your digital product after purchase due to a technical error on our part, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and details of the issue.

3.2 Defective or Non-Functioning Product

If a digital product you purchased is defective, corrupted, or does not function as described, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase with:

  • Description of the defect or issue
  • Screenshots or evidence of the problem

3.3 Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase upon verification. Contact us within 7 days of the duplicate purchase.

3.4 Technical Incompatibility

If a product is incompatible with your software and this incompatibility was not clearly stated in the product description, you may be eligible for a refund. This must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

4. When Refunds Are NOT Available

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: Simply changing your mind about a purchase
  • Downloaded Products: Products that have been successfully downloaded or accessed
  • Time Limit Exceeded: Requests made more than 14 days after purchase (except for defective products as outlined above)
  • Incorrect Purchase: Purchasing the wrong product due to user error (unless it's a duplicate purchase)
  • Insufficient System Requirements: Failure to meet system requirements that were clearly stated
  • Product Usage: Products that have been used in projects or modified
  • Account Sharing: Violations of our Terms of Service, including sharing accounts or products

8. Subscription Services

If you have purchased a subscription service:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing period
  • You will retain access until the end of the paid period

9. Special Promotions

Products purchased during special promotions, sales, or bundle offers are subject to the same refund policy. Refunds for bundles will be prorated based on the individual product values.

10. Currency and Processing

All refunds will be processed in the original currency of purchase. Exchange rates and fees charged by payment processors are not our responsibility.
