1. Product License

When you purchase a product from Novalux, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable license to use the assets.

                ✅ What You CAN Do:
                Use the brushes/assets in personal and commercial projects.
Use the assets for client work, social media, prints, and merchandise.
Install the assets on multiple devices owned by you.

                    

                ❌ What You CANNOT Do:
                Resell, redistribute, or share the asset files themselves.
Claim the assets as your own creation.
Include the source files in a template or product for resale.

                    

2. Digital Products & Delivery

All our products are digital downloads. All transactions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, invoicing, tax, and refunds on our behalf. Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your files. Because of the nature of digital goods, access is immediate.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Novalux and its licensors.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
